Braun Ambulances will have a unit on display at the American Ambulance Association Show at the MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ambulance manufacturer will display a unit from Gold Cross Ambulance Service. The unit will be on display in the exhibit hall, in booth G, on Thursday and Friday of the event.
The American Ambulance Association represents ambulance services throughout the United States. The association was created in response to the need for improvements in the field of medical transportation and emergency medical services. The association provides a voice for paramedics and various departments, as well as a platform for discussions of hot topics in the fields of medical transportation and EMS. AAA works to promote health care policies to ensure standards for paramedics. This year’s event takes place at MGM in Las Vegas on September 6-8th, 2018.
The Gold Cross ambulance is a Braun Express on a Chevy G3500 Chassis. This unit is a custom Express with EZ-Glide sliding door, new Whelen Surface max lighting, custom layout with no CPR seat for added storage, custom exterior layout, and glove boxes on the street side near the rear of the unit. The EZ-Glide door is an innovation by Braun Ambulances that eliminates the door from swinging into oncoming traffic and allows the door to open in confined spaces. The unit will be on display in the exhibition hall in booth G. Those attending have the option to stop by and demo the features available on this unit.
