Braun Industries is proud to announce we were recently awarded the Pioneer Award from The Partnership for Excellence (TPE). It’s part of our continuous commitment to Quality Excellence, and we’re so thankful to the many members of our team that helped us realize this accomplishment.

The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) is a nonprofit that works with organizations throughout Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia. Partnering with companies in the business, education, health care, government, and nonprofit sectors, they use the Baldridge Excellence Framework to help improve performance. This internationally recognized holistic management system focuses on:

• Helping organizations achieve best-in-class levels of performance
• Identifying and recognizing role-model organizations
• Sharing best management practices, principles, and strategies

TPE’s main priority is to help companies, like Braun, conduct a comprehensive organizational assessment. This allows leadership to better understand and prioritize key strengths and opportunities for improvement.

The Pioneer Award is part of TPE’s Partnering Level, or Part II of the Advising & Partnering program. To achieve this award, we focused on detailing our processes, systems, and associated results in a 25-page document. The process was enlightening and pushed us further on our journey of Continuous Process Improvement. We are confident the work for this award will enhance our products, customer service, and company culture even further – as we are already seeing the benefits of this endeavor.

We were presented the Pioneer Award this week at the TPE’s Annual Quest for Success Conference. The event was held September 11-12, 2017 at the Fawcett Center in Columbus, Ohio. A banquet held on Monday evening included presentations of achievement awards to all high-performing organizations.
