Here at Braun Industries, Inc., we're happy to welcome Eric Wilcox to the Braun family. Eric came aboard in October 2011 as the new Region 1 Regional Sales Manager. As Regional Sales Manager, Eric is dedicated to the Braun Authorized Ambulance Dealers in Region 1 by providing dealer support, establishing dealer goals, developing new dealers, and conducting sales training.  

Prior to joining Braun, Eric was the Sales Manager for a 3 location company. There, he covered 3 states and managed 4 outside salesmen. He was also in charge of marketing. The company was a diesel fuel injection repair facility specializing in fuel system repair and service.

Like many employees at Braun Industries, Eric has a strong interest in emergency services. He is a volunteer fire fighter on his local department. He believes in the products that Braun is developing to bring to the emergency service market and enjoys working with people. He is looking forward to working with all of the dealers and meeting customers in their area to see what Braun can do to provide an ambulance that will best meet their needs.

Eric really enjoys working one on one with departments to design a custom ambulance to fit their individual requirements.  He is also excited to see the new products that Braun is developing to merge fire and EMS apparatus into one emergency vehicle. In his new job, he is particular impressed by customer-focused environment at Braun. "Every employee from the top to the bottom is aware that we are in business for our customer and they are more than willing to stop and talk to, help, or listen to what our customers have to say," says Eric.
