It's no mistake that over the years, Braun Industries has emerged as a leading ambulance manufacturer. Every employee at Braun is committed to delivering custom ambulances that are "Built for Life", and it's their dedication that keeps us at the top of our game. One such employee is Penny Richardson, whom we are proud to have in the Braun family.

Penny Richardson started with Braun Industries in Regional Sales Support in November 2007. One of her favorite memories of working at Braun was during her first year with us. She had the opportunity to redesign product literature that would be released at FDIC. At the show, Phil Braun (President of Braun Industries at the time), saw the literature for the first time. He walked over to Penny and gave her a big hug and thanked her for working so hard to accomplish the project; he loved the new literature! Phil's children, Kim Elick (President) & Scott Braun (Vice President), carry on this tradition of making sure employees are treated equally and fairly, but more importantly... like family. Penny considers this to be a big contributor to her success and the continual drive to do her best at Braun Industries.

With a proven record of exceptional work, Penny was recently promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In her new position, she will oversee the mid-west region by providing support and training to the dealer network. She will also work with factory direct customers to design and build a custom ambulance that meets their needs and fits their budget. 

Although Penny has been with Braun for four years, she has over twelve years of experience in the ambulance industry. Her past position helped her learn the EMS world inside and out by exposing her to the various facets including sales support, purchasing, and customer service. It's Penny's promise to deliver the highest quality customer service that makes her such an exceptional fit for  Regional Sales Manager. In this new position, Penny is looking forward to developing the mid-west region into the top performing region for Braun ambulances.
