We have a lot to be proud of this year at Braun Industries. We are celebrating 40 years as an ambulance manufacturer. As part of the 3rd generation of family leadership, I could not be more honored to share our story with you and help lead the company into the future.

Over the past 40 years, we have built much more than high quality ambulances. We have built long-lasting relationships with our customers. Our customers have been extremely instrumental in driving the development of our industry and pushing us to be our best. They are passionate about performing their responsibilities as first responders safely and more efficiently. Sharing their needs and wants with us has been the main factor driving our product development.

The idea of being a part of the chain of saving lives is an awesome feeling of responsibility and fulfillment. Every employee at Braun has a very personal sense of accomplishment that we are making a difference every day.  Over the years, we've continued to grow as a organization because we maintain the key elements that have made our business successful. We've held the same corporate values for over four decades and three generations of family leadership - quality, integrity, relationships, and pride/passion. Those values will be passed onto the 4th generation, where our customers can continue to interact with the same family they did in the 1970s.

We all learn by the example of those that teach and mentor us. I had the significant benefit of learning from Phil Braun, who grew our business on his reputation of "do the right thing... ALWAYS." He was a respected man in our industry, and certainly in our company. Being a part of our family business over so many years has confirmed the consistency our customers have benefited from... same family, same culture, same values, same reputation. Our customers know WHO they're buying from. We have a tremendous customer retention rate and sincerely thank them for that. 

Also core to our business success over the past 40 years has been our niche in custom ambulance applications.  We excel at providing quality solutions to the emergency vehicle market, be it specialized layouts, new chassis platforms, or unique use applications.  But we are so much more.  Phil Braun passionately believed that “quality isn’t cheap, but it should be affordable”. In honor of our 40th anniversary, our new Signature Series model is a salute to that commitment. It boasts a pre-engineered 150” module on an E or G chassis platform with the same high quality Braun construction and a budget-friendly price tag.  Whichever the need - custom or economy - Braun delivers a “Built for Life” experience in our relationships and our products.
